Swap HeartsRules, tips & a good first game.

Turn ten face-down cards into an ordered row from Ace to 10. A useful draw can start a chain, but an awkward card can bring your turn to a sudden stop.

YOUR CONTROLS

Draw from the deck or take the top discard. Tap the matching slot for the card you hold, then follow the next revealed card.

Know your ten positions

The first slot is Ace, followed by 2 through 10. Your cards start face down. A 4 belongs in the fourth slot; an Ace belongs in the first. When you replace a hidden card, pick up the displaced card and see whether it can continue the sequence.

Keep a chain alive

Suppose you draw a 3. Put it in slot three and reveal the old card from that slot. If it is a 7, move it to slot seven and continue. The chain ends when the held card has no legal placement. Use the game’s highlighted choices to distinguish an available slot from an already completed one.

Face cards matter

Jacks act as wildcards. Queens and Kings end the turn rather than filling a numbered position. If a Jack can help complete an unfilled position, compare your remaining gaps before placing it. A wildcard is most useful when it opens another hidden card or closes an awkward gap.

Pick a mode

Play the computer, share one device, or create an online room for friends. The goal is to finish the Ace-to-10 arrangement before the others. Online rooms last 24 hours; use the saved-room control in the same browser to return.

A couple of good questions

Is Ace the same as 1?

Yes. Ace occupies the first position in your sequence.

Can a Queen or King fill a gap?

No. They end the turn in this version; the Jack is the wildcard.
