Tell us what happened
For a game problem, include the game name, your device and browser, the approximate time and time zone, and the steps just before the issue. Mention whether one player or the whole room was affected. If you include a screenshot, hide private messages and personal details.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, session tokens, or payment information. The Help page covers loading, room connections, sound, saved progress, and mobile fullscreen. The game guides explain each game's rules.
Privacy and account requests
Email heylobuddy7@gmail.com with your question or the information you want reviewed or removed. For an account-related request, use the email linked to your account where possible. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account holder.

Feedback and content concerns
For a suggestion, include the game or page and what would make it more useful. To report inappropriate content or a rights concern, include the relevant page address, a description, and enough context to locate the issue. Avoid forwarding sensitive content when a description will do.
