Buy places, collect rent, and build a city empire. This is a simplified, city-themed property trading game by HeyloBuddy. All money is fictional.

  1. Meet your buddies. Create an online room and share its code or invite link. The host starts with 2–4 human or computer players. You can also play solo or pass a device around.
  2. Take a turn. Roll two dice and move clockwise. Pass City Start to collect $200. Doubles give another roll; three doubles send you to Detour.
  3. Buy or auction. Buy unowned property at its printed price, or put it up for auction. Everyone can bid, including the player who declined. Bids rise by at least $10. Passing withdraws you from that auction.
  4. Collect a color. Owning both properties doubles their empty-lot rent. Build evenly: 1–3 houses, then a hotel. Tap any tile for its rent and owner.
  5. Make a deal. Trade one property each plus cash. The other player must accept. Buildings in a color set must be sold before trading or mortgaging that color.
  6. Handle a detour. Pay $50 before rolling or try doubles. After three failed rolls, pay $50 and move using the third roll. Leaving Detour with doubles gives no extra roll.
  7. Stay afloat. Mortgages pay half the property price but stop rent. Redeem for that amount plus 10%. Sell buildings for half their cost. If you cannot pay a bill, you can declare bankruptcy.
  8. Win the city. At the round limit, the highest cash + property equity + building value wins. A round gives each active player a turn, including extra rolls. Last player standing wins early. Classic mode has no round limit.

Online reconnect: Return on the same browser and use Resume room. Rooms expire after 24 hours without activity. If someone disconnects for two minutes, the host can hand their seat to a computer. Their browser session can reclaim it.

Stations earn $25, $50, $100 or $200 based on the owner’s unmortgaged stations. Utilities earn 4× the dice total, or 10× with both. City Park is a free resting spot. Place names are used as a playful city theme; prices are game values.
